Kerry' latest tongue footprint

Kerry was asked a simple question in the debate: Are Gay people born that way, or is it their choice?

As an attorney ( He said" I know something about enforcing the law. I was a prosecutor"), he should know that you keep your answer as short and as simple as possible. Bush beat him hands down here, saying " I do not know". I really think the final verdict on the inception of a gay preference begins.
But, Kerry had display his ignorance and disrespect someone. His target was Mary Cheney.

On September 30, 2001, I was retired from the California Highway Patrol by a rule that tyou must retire at age 60.
I have kept in contact with my former fellow officers.
When Jerry Brown was Governor, he pushed through a measure making it a punishable offense to "discriminate" against Gays. The old view in law enforcement did not tolerate Gays. Now, there are several Gays in law enforcement, and like any other group, 99 percent are doing a great job, are valued employees, and have close friends with most other members of the force, both Gay and Straight.

However, we have that old bugaboo, Sexual Discrimination and Sexual Harrassment. It applies to gays too.


Right now, there is one Gay man who is suing another for sexual harassment. It appears that they had a " thing" going, then had a falling out. Upon the break up, the one was widely known to be Gay ( he had sued the State, alleging that some of the old timers made his life miserable when they discovered he was Gay) put photos of them on the email system, effectively "outing" the other Gay guy.

The "outed" Gay is suing and WILL collect.

Kerry stepped on his tongue in a hateful fashion.
